1. כללי
Rezone Capital (להלן: "אנחנו") מכבדת את הפרטיות של מי שמבקר באתר ופונה אלינו. המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף באתר, למה הוא משמש, עם מי הוא משותף ומה הזכויות שלכם לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א־1981.
2. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
טופס יצירת הקשר: שם מלא, שם החברה, מספר טלפון ותיאור הפרויקט שבחרתם לכתוב. אין חובה חוקית למסור את המידע, אבל בלי שם ומספר טלפון לא נוכל לחזור אליכם.
פנייה ישירה: אם פניתם אלינו בטלפון, במייל או בוואטסאפ, נקבל את המידע שבחרתם לשלוח באותה פנייה.
מידע טכני: האתר לא משתמש בעוגיות מעקב, בכלי סטטיסטיקה או בפיקסלים פרסומיים. הדפדפן שלכם שומר רק את בחירת השפה (עברית או אנגלית), והמידע הזה לא נשלח אלינו.
3. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- כדי לחזור אליכם ולתאם שיחת היכרות
- כדי לבדוק אם הפרויקט שלכם מתאים לשירותים שלנו ולהציע לכם הצעה
- כדי לנהל את הקשר העסקי איתכם, אם תבחרו לעבוד איתנו
אנחנו לא מוכרים ולא משכירים מידע אישי. לא נשלח לכם דיוור שיווקי בלי הסכמה מפורשת נפרדת, וגם אחריה תוכלו להסיר את עצמכם בכל רגע.
4. עם מי המידע משותף
אנחנו משתמשים בכמה שירותים חיצוניים כדי להפעיל את האתר:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) מעביר אלינו את פרטי הטופס במייל.
- Google: תיבת הדואר שבה נשמרות הפניות היא Gmail. בנוסף, הגופנים של האתר נטענים משרתי Google Fonts, ולכן Google מקבלת את כתובת ה־IP של הדפדפן שלכם.
- WhatsApp (Meta): רק אם בחרתם לפנות אלינו בוואטסאפ.
השרתים של חלק מהשירותים האלה נמצאים מחוץ לישראל, ולכן המידע עשוי להיות מועבר ולהישמר בחו״ל. מעבר לכך נמסור מידע רק אם החוק מחייב אותנו או לפי צו של רשות מוסמכת.
5. כמה זמן נשמור את המידע
נשמור את פרטי הפנייה כל עוד הם נחוצים כדי לטפל בה ולנהל את הקשר העסקי. אחר כך נמחק אותם, אלא אם החוק מחייב אותנו לשמור אותם זמן ארוך יותר.
6. אבטחת מידע
אנחנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים כדי להגן על המידע. פרטי הטופס נשלחים בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS), והגישה לתיבת הדואר מוגבלת לנו בלבד. שום מערכת אינה חסינה לגמרי, ולכן לא נוכל להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת.
7. הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, אתם רשאים לבקש לעיין במידע שלכם שנמצא אצלנו, לבקש לתקן אותו אם הוא שגוי או לא מעודכן, ולבקש למחוק אותו. כדי לעשות זאת כתבו לנו ל־rezonecapital@gmail.com, ונשיב בהקדם האפשרי.
8. קטינים
האתר מיועד לחברות ולאנשים מעל גיל 18. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע על קטינים.
9. שינויים במדיניות
אנחנו עשויים לעדכן את המדיניות מדי פעם. הגרסה העדכנית תמיד תופיע בעמוד הזה, עם תאריך העדכון האחרון.

Privacy Policy

1. General
Rezone Capital ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website and contacts us. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and your rights under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
2. What we collect
Contact form: your full name, company name, phone number and the project description you choose to write. You are not legally required to provide this information, but without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you.
Direct contact: if you reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Technical information: the site does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels. Your browser only remembers your language choice (Hebrew or English), and that is never sent to us.
3. How we use it
- To get back to you and schedule an intro call
- To check whether your project fits our services and send you a proposal
- To manage our business relationship, if you choose to work with us
We do not sell or rent personal information. We will not send you marketing emails without separate, explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We use a few third-party services to run the site:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) forwards your form details to us by email.
- Google: enquiries are stored in a Gmail inbox. The site's fonts also load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
Some of these services run on servers outside Israel, so your information may be transferred and stored abroad. Beyond this, we only disclose information when the law requires it or under an order from a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to handle your request and manage our business relationship. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Form details are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the inbox is limited to us. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
7. Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date, and ask us to delete it. To do so, write to rezonecapital@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
8. Minors
The site is intended for companies and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with its last-updated date.
